Returns for opened merchanidse are not accepted. Due to the nature of our products,
all sales are final when the item is opened and can only be serviced under our warranty.

Unopened items can be returned for a 20% restocking fee and must meet the following conditions. All returns subject to OWI inspection.
- The returned merchandise shall be in its original, sealed, unmarked package to qualify for the 20% restocking charge.
- If the returned merchandise does not meet ALL of the conditions mentioned, no credit will be issued.
- Merchandise to be shipped freight prepaid.
